**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about their travel experiences.
* Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless travel experiences.
* Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected.
* Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring that customers are informed and up-to-date on the latest travel options.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
**Required Skills**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
