As a Customer Service Associate - Nights and Weekends, you will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to providing elite service to our sellers and customers. You will be responsible for managing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex. Your role will involve:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their event-related questions and concerns
* Investigating and resolving issues related to orders, tickets, and customer experiences
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction
* Providing proactive support to our sellers, ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and arenaflex's products and services
**Your Career Progression at arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Associate, your role will evolve over time, with clear goals and expectations for the first 30, 90, and 180 days:
**30 Days:**
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our customer-centric approach
* Learn about ticket marketplaces, our products and services, and how you will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
* Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions
**60 Days:**
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing support beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
* Navigate the order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance
**90 Days:**
* Play an active role in continued learnings, advancing your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
* Manage in-bound seller calls, addressing a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

**Work Environment and Culture**
* Office Location: Coppell, TX
* Hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days at home
* Work Schedule: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
