With a commitment to excellence and a passion for early childhood education, we strive to create a nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of our clients. **Job Summary** As a Seasonal Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This is a remote support role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, providing personalized support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. - Perform outgoing calls to confirm reservations, schedule appointments, and share research results with clients. - Educate clients on arenaflex's services, programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they understand our offerings and any client-specific processes. - Respond to client inquiries, assessing their childcare needs and promoting arenaflex's services. - Complete reservation processes, place outgoing calls to clients and providers, check service availability, and open/resolve cases as needed. - Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external network providers. - Assist clients on the phone, chat, and/or through email communication by troubleshooting, researching, and resolving their immediate needs. - Provide follow-up communication and/or update expectations with clients, in accordance with agreed-upon timeframes. - Manage assigned daily work queue by making outbound calls, chats, and/or emails in a timely manner as identified by service level standards. - Meet and/or exceed defined performance standards. - Assist escalated clients when necessary. - Sustain the highest level of customer experience and professionalism through all interactions. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred. - Minimum 1 year of customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensive call center experience. - Outstanding customer service and soft sales skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document content of phone conversations accurately. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work closely with other team members and departments. - Typing proficiency of 35 wpm or above, with average data entry skills required. - Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (must know Outlook and Word at a minimum). - Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems. - Ability to determine needs of the caller and obtain necessary information without following a scripted process. - Exposure to Higher Education valuable. - Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred. **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour. - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement. - Opportunities for career growth and professional development. - Collaborative and inclusive work environment. - Flexible remote work arrangement. - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **Why Join arenaflex?** - We're passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a positive impact on our clients' lives. - We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. - We're dedicated to providing exceptional service and exceeding our clients' expectations. - We're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve. **How to Apply** If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
