**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the product group (Product, Information Researchers, Specialists, and business partners) to shape our conversational AI customer upgrading products.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that enable opportunities to elevate the customer experience
* Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry data, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
* Collaborate with engineers, information researchers, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
* Work with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning
* Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
* Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly
* Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning customer stories to the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
* Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product owners, engineers, and business partners to ensure alignment and effective communication
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
* Strong interest and enthusiasm for understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action
* Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with customers, and skilled at articulating product functionality
* Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity
* Will have a forward-looking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with conversational AI, chatbots, or other forms of automation
* Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
