**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Providing Superior Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
* **Answering Phones**: Respond to calls in a friendly manner, using our information script to provide accurate and helpful information.
* **Greeting Members**: Welcome new members, sign them up, and provide tours of our facilities.
* **Logging Amenities**: Accurately record member usage of our amenities, ensuring that our facilities are clean, sanitized, and safe.
* **Processing Purchases**: Process beverage and merchandise purchases through our point-of-sale system, providing a seamless and efficient experience for our members.
* **Promoting Fitness Classes**: Encourage our members to participate in our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF), promoting a Judgement Free fitness experience that fosters growth and motivation.
* **Maintaining a Clean Environment**: Ensure that our facilities are clean, sanitized, and safe for our members, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

**Job Requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Customer Service Experience**: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
* **High School Diploma/GED Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
* **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Basic Computer Proficiency**: You should be comfortable using computers and have basic proficiency in software applications.
**Physical Demands**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
