**Position Summary**
As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, and email communication. You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering excellent service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Making outbound appointment setting calls to existing customers
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date database records
* Managing and monitoring SMS messages to ensure seamless communication
* Providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and performing basic account maintenance activities
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Have a designated and approved in-home workspace with a wired internet connection (tested before hiring)
* Meet the wired internet speed requirements
* Receive inbound calls and place outbound follow-up calls
* Answer SMS messages and respond to customer inquiries
* Provide product information, address customer concerns, and perform basic account maintenance activities
* Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
**Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type 40 wpm+
* Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled
* Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled
* Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
* Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
* Professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
* Previous call center experience preferred
* Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
* Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required
* Fitness industry experience a PLUS!
