**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, providing clear and concise solutions to common concerns.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding their Powersports loan, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
* Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
* Two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with a strong background in collections a plus.
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bi-lingual a plus).
* Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
