**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, either over the phone or in person
* Acting as the company gatekeeper, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
* Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to improve retention rates and drive loyalty
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person
* Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Performing general CSR functions, including receiving inquiries, providing pricing quotations, entering and modifying customer orders, and acknowledging purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including incoming and outgoing calls and emails
* Following up on customer inquiries and sales leads to ensure timely resolution and conversion
* Assisting with general office tasks, such as typing correspondence and quotations, filing, and performing order entry and invoicing functions
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in phone and email communication
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
