**Key Responsibilities**
As an Onsite Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service with compassion, empathy, and patience while our members navigate through their insurance and medical needs.
* Professionally handling a high volume of incoming calls, utilizing multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics, including one-call resolution guidelines and escalated processes.
* Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
* Handling de-escalation calls with tact and professionalism.
* Embracing changes within the current business environment and adapting to new processes and procedures.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare-related environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems and software applications to manage customer interactions.

**Compensation and Benefits**

* A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
