**Key Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting patient results into custom reports, ensuring all data is inputted in accordance with our formatting and compliance standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering patient test results and other relevant data into customized reports
* Ensuring all data is inputted in accordance with company formatting and compliance standards
* Cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness before submission
* Collaborating with healthcare providers and internal teams to clarify any discrepancies
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
* Assisting with data verification, quality control, and report finalization as needed
* Being a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* 1+ years in medical data entry, scribing, insurance billing, or a similar role requiring attention to detail and medical terminology
* High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), proficiency in GSuite, and data entry platforms
* Familiarity with lab results, clinical documentation, and healthcare compliance is preferred
* Ability to accurately enter large volumes of data with 100% accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams
* Ability to work remotely with strong time management and organizational skills
* Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup
* Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive medical information

* Upholds Strictest Privacy Standards: Maintains the highest level of ethics and discretion when managing sensitive healthcare data, ensuring privacy and confidentiality in line with all regulations and company policies
* Prior experience with patient data management, insurance coding, or healthcare administration
