Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we're dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions * Providing customer expertise in printing, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services * Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages * Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage * Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Completing required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Following arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines and services * Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment **Benefits and Perks** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive wages for both full and part-time opportunities * 401K plan with company match after 1 year * Educational assistance up to $5,250 per calendar year for undergraduate and graduate courses * Scholarship Program opportunity for arenaflex employees and eligible dependents after 1 year of employment * Generous paid time off program that includes holiday pay, bereavement time, jury duty, and accrual programs for paid vacation and sick time * Sick time accrues 1 hour for every 30 hours worked * Vacation accruals are based on position and years of service * 4 premium holidays, 2 non-premium holidays, and two floating holidays for all eligible employees * Paid parental leave for both moms and dads! * Adoption Assistance Program * Medical, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD Disability, Life Insurance, Commuter, and Voluntary benefits * Valuable employee discounts on shipping, printing, and access to LifeCare/Lifemart that offers discount programs for items such as retail and auto purchases, computer products, day care services, health and wellness needs, real estate, mobile phone products, education, and more * Free FedEx Learning Center (FLC) to help with career development aspirations/training for all arenaflex employees * Diversity, equity, and inclusion programs available for all employees **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and development.
