**Job Summary**
As an Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients and their customers via live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to help resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Qualifications**

* PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
