Join arenaflex's dynamic Transportation team as an experienced Logistics Customer Support Specialist - Carrier Onboarding Project Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, onboarding new carriers onto arenaflex's platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional customer support through ticketing system, phone, and/or email, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
* Provide comprehensive training to key users, ensuring they are proficient in using arenaflex's systems and platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new carriers, including configuration of interface settings, project specifications, and system launch coordination.
* Prepare and participate in customer workshops, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with team members across various departments to achieve business objectives.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing internal and external reports, and coordinating tasks with infrastructure and development teams.
* Gather customer information and document all interactions through a ticketing tool.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage multiple ticketing queues and mailboxes, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience (2+ years in customer support).
* Spanish language proficiency required; Portuguese language proficiency highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of how systems interface with other applications.
* Proficiency in MS Office products and navigating internet resources.
* Experience with ERP systems an asset.
* Fast technical comprehension and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent customer-focused mentality, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and solution-oriented team player with strong organizational skills and initiative.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
* Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
* Certification in customer service or logistics management.
