Join our team and chart your own uniquely arenaflex professional journey! **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for driving health, well-being, and wellness targets through local employee projects and onsite activities * Responsible for the development of playbooks to tune quality practices and optimize employee reviews tied to business objectives * Lead efforts to coordinate all logistics with each local stakeholder, group volunteers, and multi-seller support and representatives in the support of critical wellness projects * Responsible for monitoring quality practices and outcomes through reporting and preparing management briefings on results * Helps guide control of success to drive exceptional experiences * Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional relationships both internal and external for mission readiness * Serves as branch liaison for all local employee projects and acts as point person * Supports employee leads on mission implementations and deliverables and upholds exceptional service standards * Work with a successful team in the support of wellness, benefits operations, service delivery, communications, and administrative services throughout H&W programs * Travel: Benefits Roadshows (U.S. only) – 25% * Manages logistics and execution of activities, such as vendor support * Manages quality assessments on success and engagement through surveys and monitoring reports * Collaborates with the team for mission control on local implementations and tunes deliverables * Serves as central point person for all branch-subsidized activities and logistics * Leads training for volunteers for branch projects * Create mission playbooks and control annual roadmap planning **Job Qualifications:** arenaflex values diverse perspectives and experiences, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
