**Your Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You'll connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish). You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, and respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns (English & Spanish)
* Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Provide feedback on call issues
* Upsell if required
**We're Looking for Fearless People**
We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* English and Spanish language proficiency
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote employee, you'll need:
* A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps
* A minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
