We're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and support, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Summary** We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish and has a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a call center and billing environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or through email. You'll analyze and respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Initial Point of Contact**: Serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out for assistance, through inbound phone calls and emails. * **Resolution and Information**: Provide proper resolutions and deliver accurate information for customer account-related questions, concerns, and requests while fully adhering to all policies, procedures, and protocols. * **Billing and Charges**: Walk customers through and explain billing types, charges, and rates. * **Research and Analysis**: Thoroughly research and analyze each customer inquiry by taking the appropriate action to effectively resolve each situation. * **Escalation**: Direct unresolved and out-of-scope issues to the next level of support personnel or to the proper department. * **Customer Experience**: Promote and demonstrate a positive customer and team experience by maintaining the highest standards of personal ethics, service quality, communication, and professionalism always. * **Information Provision**: Provide accurate information on billing types, charges, rates, and municipal requirements. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience servicing customers within a call center and billing environment. * **Communication Skills**: Exhibit strong and effective verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor. * **Computer Literacy**: Computer literate with PC knowledge and the ability to navigate through multiple applications effortlessly. * **Equipment**: Able to provide own personal headset that is either a USB plugin or corded, and acceptable internet access must be wired, where an Ethernet cable is connected to the computer and router and mouse. * **Keyboarding and Computer Skills**: Effective keyboarding and computer skills with the ability to type at least 35 wpm minimum. * **Attendance**: Must commit to maintaining good attendance with minimal unscheduled attendance occurrences including late arrivals, early leaves, and absences. * **Attention to Detail**: Must have a strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to achieve quality work performance. * **Language**: Fluent in Spanish. * **Education**: High school diploma or GED required. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * **Additional Language Skills**: Proficiency in additional languages, such as English, Spanish, or other languages spoken in the region. * **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or billing environment. * **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry and its regulations, including municipal requirements. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
