**Job Summary:**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing document review and data entry support to our clients. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
* Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
* Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
* Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
* Provide great customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
* Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and customer service skills
