**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to lead our business intelligence efforts and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow junior team members
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MS) in a related field
* Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++)

* Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, QlikView)
* Certified Salesforce administrator or engineer

* Experience communicating with senior leadership and client associations
* Experience with project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and data governance frameworks
