**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Conversational AI and Machine Learning Operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying AI models that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and deploy AI models that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that support AI model development
* Develop and maintain high-quality AI models that meet business requirements
* Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models
* Work with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems
* Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and data pipelines
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Experience with data engineering and data science tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
* Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Azure or IBM Cloud
* Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Docker
