**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing top-notch customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Assisting customers with inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Performing accounts receivable duties, such as calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process.
* Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication between teams.
* Handling basic data entry and other administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting, with a strong preference for prior Accounts Receivable experience.
* A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong emphasis on verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
* Essential skills include being an active listener, responsive, and personable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
* Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
