**What You Will Do**
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Providing omni-channel support via chats and emails, ensuring seamless communication with users worldwide
* Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex technical issues
* Becoming a product expert and constantly growing your knowledge to provide the best possible support to our clients
* Working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in English (C1 minimum)
* Experience in Customer Support, preferably in a tech-related industry
* A desire to learn, research, and develop your skills and knowledge
* A customer-oriented and responsible attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
