**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
* Sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients through written and oral discussions
* Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services
* Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public
* Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participate by completing written and oral instructions
* Complete written survey provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided. Then be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A smart phone with working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* High school diploma or its equivalent
**Experience**
No experience is required, but you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in customer experience activities.

**Compensation**
You'll be compensated for your participation in our studies, with rates ranging from $75-$150 per hour for single-session studies, and $300-$750 for multi-session studies.
