**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries of varying types with professionalism and empathy
* Utilizing active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and negotiation
* Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to reduce churn
* Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even in high-pressure situations
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* Flexible scheduling: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications:**
To be successful as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
* A driven and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and other software applications
* Experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Requirements for Remote Work:**
To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
+ In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications
* Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
