We're proud of our industry-leading reputation and our ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our customers. **Job Brief** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our web platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for new signups, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate our platform and overcome any challenges they may face. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our platform and achieve long-term success. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to new signups, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting the stage for long-term success * Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify areas where we can improve their experience and provide personalized recommendations for feature adoption * Deliver 1-on-1 product demonstrations and live support to help customers get the most out of their website and overall experience with arenaflex * Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our platform **Individual Requirements and Skills** * Fluency in written and spoken English * Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Customer Success representative or similar role (e.g., hospitality or support role) * Minimum 1+ year of experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS platform (arenaflex's custom CMS is built on top of WordPress) * Minimum 1+ year of experience in 1-on-1 virtual support and/or consulting (arenaflex uses Google Hangouts) * Ticket support experience (arenaflex uses Intercom) * Phone support experience (arenaflex uses Kixie) * Experience with project management platforms (arenaflex uses Teamwork, ClickUp, and Asana) * Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience * Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships * Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service * Accountability and personal organization are essential (this is a remote position) **Bonus Skills** * Real estate industry experience (a plus, but not required) * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) * Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) * Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics) **Working Hours** We're a flexible and remote-friendly team, and we expect our Customer Success Manager to work approximately 8 hours per day, within the PST and EST U.S. time zones. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
