You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, answering incoming communications from customers, and conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues. You'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one. **A Typical Day** * Answer incoming communications from customers * Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues * Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge * Provide compassionate and empathetic support to customers **What You Bring to the Role** * 6 months or more of customer service experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Computer savvy with experience using software applications and technology **The Equipment You'll Need** * Internet speed > 15 Mbps. A hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended.
