**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Sales Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Uploading data of landing page and website new leads on marketing sheets
* Conducting extensive searches on the web to find leads and company contact information
* Executing periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
* Executing periodic data updates for reports prompted daily and weekly by the ERP
* Reading raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages (on demand)
* Initial ServiceConnect response read and website messages categorization (on demand)
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in data entry
* Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and remotely with minimal supervision
* Methodical and able to follow processes and procedures
* Excellent English skills, including reading and understanding comprehension
* Self-starter with the ability to explore, learn, and work independently
* Ability to manage concurrent tasks and prioritize work effectively
* Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
* Experience working in a sales or marketing environment
* Familiarity with data entry software and tools
