**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, and schedule maintenance
* Identifying the reason for the customer's call, qualifying the customer, collecting relevant information, and scheduling service work appointments
* Making daily outbound calls to existing customers to upsell products and services when appropriate
* Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
* Using best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
* Documenting all customer interactions
* Assigning and dispatching technicians to customers' locations
* Sending email communications with customers
* Participating in rotating on-call duties
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
* Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of active listening techniques
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs (Service Titan experience a plus, but we'll provide training)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
