**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Modeling arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back of house standards, and executing strategies to drive improvement in customer service initiatives.
* Driving improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers.
* Maintaining a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
* Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence.
* Interacting with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently.
* Leading by example, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times.
**Requirements**
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
