**The Role**
As an Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling, you will play a critical role in connecting our customers to our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide training and customer support to dealerships transitioning to the arenaflex system. This will involve traveling to customer sites, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering customized training sessions to ensure a smooth conversion process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Travel to customer sites, with overnight hotel stays, up to 5 nights per week (every week)
* Conduct product demonstrations and deliver customized training sessions to dealership personnel
* Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and requirements
* Customize the arenaflex system to meet the specific needs of each dealership
* Train key dealership personnel on how to use the arenaflex solution
* Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office
* Collaborate with a team to install and convert arenaflex software for customers
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
* Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Training and Development:**
* Comprehensive training program lasting approximately 2-3 months, including department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor
* Classroom instruction includes product training as well as automotive dealership operations
* Opportunity to focus on one area of the arenaflex software during product training and assist experienced representatives with customer set-up and implementation
* Chance to see arenaflex solutions 'in action' by visiting car dealerships that already utilize our solutions on a daily basis

**Compensation:**
* Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
