**About arenaflex's Operations and Customer Center (OCC)**
arenaflex's OCC is the heartbeat and operational hub of our overall activities, responsible for strategic and vital decision-making for any operational disturbance in our organization. Our OCC teams work closely with avionics experts, leveraging data to tackle business challenges and drive efficiency. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of one of our OCC teams, working with experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the OCC, working closely with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Collaborate with the Load Control Center (LCC) and Fuel Procedure teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
* Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**What You'll Need to Succeed:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., software engineering, research, finance, modern design, or aviation administration) preferred
* Availability to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
* Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
* Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on group outcomes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for self and others
* Embracing diversity, inclusivity, and respect for individuals, thoughts, and styles
**What Will Give You an Edge:**
* Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with carrier tasks, booking, and scheduling
* History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
