**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing short of wonderful
* Learning and mastering our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain strong relationships with our customers
* Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments using our internal communication software to drive seamless communication and teamwork
* Identifying and solving even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology systems and procedures, and adapting to new tools and processes with ease
**Who You Are:**
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you're a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box, a sensitive and skilled communicator who can adapt to any audience, and a team player who thrives in a remote work environment, we want to hear from you!
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts
* Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are definite plus factors in this role.
