**Job Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Data Entry and Record Management**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for our sales and service teams.
* **Schedule Appointments**: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details. This includes coordinating with clients, sales teams, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and timely meetings.
* **Booking and Coordination**: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.
* **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

**Requirements**
