As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, assisting with various assignments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing administrative support to our operations team, including generating reports and performing other work-related duties as assigned * Assisting with customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Working closely with the Service Center Manager to ensure seamless operations and effective communication * Maintaining accurate records and files, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures * Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the overall efficiency of our operations **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * LTL company experience is a plus, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: * Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations, including LTL and TL * Familiarity with reporting and data analysis software, such as SAP or Oracle * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Ability to maintain accurate records and files, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to empowering our employees to grow and thrive in their careers.
