**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through inbound phone support
* Offering solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience through a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
* Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
* Answering and placing calls in a professional manner
* Measuring call quality and productivity
* Focusing on "1st call resolution"
* Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
* Performing other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Experience:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred)
* High School diploma
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
* Attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills
* Computer proficiency in MS Suite
* Typing speed of 45WPM
* Professional appearance
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Occasional overtime as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Knowledge of the automotive industry (a plus)
* Familiarity with CRM software (a plus)
