**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Professional in Monetary Banking Operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless transactions, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our customers, external banks, and internal teams to resolve complex issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personalized customer service of the highest level by supporting our Customer First framework, establishing rapport, and presenting a positive, friendly attitude.
* Handle inbound/outbound calls on accounts while maintaining a professional working relationship between arenaflex, the customer, and external banks.
* Serve our customer's requests by gathering and analyzing pertinent data to determine the appropriate course of action.
* Support a fast-paced, close-knit team environment and take on additional responsibilities within Operations based on overall business needs.
* Ensure proper due diligence is performed prior to the movement of all monetary transactions.
* Analyze and understand large amounts of information, financial and otherwise from numerous sources.
* Possess intuitive and deductive reasoning skills and be comfortable making decisions and recommendations in unclear circumstances.
* Effectively communicate arenaflex concerns while ensuring customers that they are valued infusing the Customer First Focus = Easy, Recognize, Solve.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* 2+ years' experience in Operations or Banking preferred
* Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively
* Strong computer literacy with a solid working knowledge of current internet technology, the ability to research information for business-related purposes, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Proven adaptability to a quickly changing environment

**Additional Requirements:**
* This role is a hybrid role. Candidates must be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

**Salary Range:**
$20.00 to $33.65 hourly + bonus + benefits
