**Key Responsibilities**
As a Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
* Providing knowledgeable and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, using scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and quality
* Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance
* Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
**Essential Qualifications**
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in retail, sales, or wait staff roles, with a background in customer service
* Familiarity with payment collection processes and procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
