**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be a key member of our global team, working from the comfort of your own home in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for delivering amazing customer experiences, providing answers to customers' questions, and resolving their issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
**A Typical Day in Your Life**
* Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
* Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet (> 40mbps)

Essential Qualifications
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
