**Job Summary**
As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Empathetic communication**: Using active listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve account balances.
* **Customer service excellence**: Providing outstanding customer service, collaborating with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans, and taking payments by phone.
* **Accurate documentation**: Using computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day.
* **Team support**: Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus.

**Essential Qualifications**
