Join Our Government and Corporate Affairs Team
As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs division, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with flexibility and grace. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding results, building strong relationships, and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect customers
What You'll Need for Success:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE
- Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
- Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the airline industry and its operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
