As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Be the Point of Contact for arenaflex clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process payments, perform general account maintenance, and up-sell customers to new products or services
* Utilize various applications, including CRM software, to manage client interactions and track progress

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume inbound call environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficient reading abilities
* The ability to multitask effectively, utilizing various applications and prior experience with CRM applications is a plus
* Basic proficiency in PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
