**U.S. Eligibility Requirements:**
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
* Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
* Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
* Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status)
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Reviewing invoices for accuracy
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
* Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Familiarity with claims management systems or similar software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
