**Job Summary**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, and you will need to have excellent written English, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will work autonomously and be self-directed, with the ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time). We are happy to accommodate flexible working hours, and we may use Hubstaff time tracking software to monitor productivity and performance during working hours.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns
* Communicate directly with clients through Basecamp project management system
* Perform tasks and coordinate tasks of others, including graphic design, copywriting, and video editing
* Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects
* Prepare reports and analyze data to optimize campaign performance
* Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team in India
* Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and other projects as needed
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
**Essential Requirements**
* Based in the Philippines
* Excellent written English
* Facebook Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns)
* Google Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns)
* Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
* Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research
* Google Certification
* Experience working with Hubstaff time tracking software
