**Job Summary**
As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues via chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. You'll work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional. **Key Responsibilities**
