**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You will work closely with our customers, Partners, and management team to ensure seamless interactions and a positive shopping experience. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with loading and unloading groceries, as well as transporting purchases to their vehicles
* Package groceries and maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate product placement
* Participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience
* Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards, while working in a fast-paced environment
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Partners, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Physical ability to lift 55 pounds, and manage more than 55 pounds (up to 100 pounds)
* Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and perform repetitive tasks
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and customer service procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
