We're seeking an experienced Deli Core Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. As a key member of our deli team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, accurately and efficiently conducting various financial transactions, and ensuring that our store meets or exceeds our company's standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
* Accurately and efficiently conduct various financial transactions, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
* Ensure that our store meets or exceeds our company's standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli and surrounding areas
* Participate in company-sponsored training classes related to your job, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest products, services, and procedures
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
* Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
