**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations in West Palm Beach, FL. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their rental or return process, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with their rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, including meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including our loyalty programs and promotions.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
* Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to the elements.

**What We're Looking For**
* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Effective verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work outdoors
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
