**Role Overview**
In this role, you'll primarily support arenaflex as we provide the tools and support tax professionals need to build their businesses and attract new clients. You'll be responsible for answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting. You'll also be responsible for logging and tracking calls using a Call Log database and maintaining history records and related problem documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting
* Interview customers to collect information about problems and lead them through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to provide resolution
* Log and track calls using a Call Log database and maintain history records and related problem documentation
* Ensure maximum goodwill from inbound or outbound phone transactions
* Adhere to regular attendance as required for shift
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 3 years prior experience using arenaflex software
* Navigational awareness and critical thinking skills
* At least 2 years of tax preparation experience
* Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
* Fluent in both English and Spanish
* Strong customer service skills required (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
* Strong verbal communications skills required (good grammar, voice, and diction)

* Experience working in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of tax preparation software and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
