You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls, placing outbound calls, answering customer questions, and meeting key performance metrics. We're proud to be a leader in the contact management industry, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner * Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues * Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner * Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including: + Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Resolving customer issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner + Meeting sales and conversion targets + Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction * Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients * Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * English language proficiency required for this position * Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives * Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly * Goal-oriented with professional work ethics * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Leadership skills * Reliable transportation * Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Customer Service experience in a call center or customer-facing role * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of contact management software and systems * Experience with sales and conversion targets * Leadership or supervisory experience **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
