**Job Summary**
As a QuickBooks data entry specialist, you'll play a critical role in our financial modernization efforts. You'll be responsible for digitizing our financial records, maintaining accurate and organized digital records, and generating reports to track annual expenses. **Key Responsibilities**
* Enter paper invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, adhering to arenaflex's financial policies and procedures.
* Generate reports in QuickBooks to track annual expenses, including total spending on utilities, list of vendors, and other relevant financial metrics.
* Cross-reference paper records with digital entries to ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of our financial data.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
* Collaborate with our accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial data and processes.
**Qualifications**
* Familiarity with QuickBooks (1-2 years of experience working with similar ERPs) is essential for this role.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for maintaining accurate and organized digital records.
* Ability to work independently and manage physical and digital filing systems is a must.
* Prior AP / billing experience is preferred, but not required.
* Basic understanding of bookkeeping and expense tracking is essential for this role.
