**Your Role in arenaflex**
As an Experienced Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be working with America's fastest and most reliable network, and you'll be empowered to make a real difference in people's lives. Your superior sales and customer service skills, combined with your excitement for technology, will enable you to:
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
* Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
* Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
* Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed
* Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
* Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
* Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers. You should take a deep interest in learning about your customers, business challenges, and industry trends. You should enjoy the fast pace and urgency needed to manage incidents and have no problem juggling multiple priorities. Your empathy and communication skills should make it possible for you to diffuse sensitive situations, and you should take real ownership of customer concerns, driven to provide exceptional customer service.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience
* Customer Service call center experience
* Previous collections experience
* Experience with selling products and services
* Customer service skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Experience working with customers in a remote environment

**Compensation**
The compensation range for this position is between $577.00 and $1,775.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
**Work Environment**
As a remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll have the flexibility to work in a comfortable and productive environment, while still being connected to our team and community.
